For Sprouting: Rinse beans until the water runs clear. Place in a clean, clear bowl. Cover with water and soak for 6-12 hours. Place beans in a jar (about 1/3 full) and cover with a cloth and elastic. Store in a cool, dry, dark place. Drain and rinse 1 – 2 times daily. Sprouts should be ready in about 3 – 7 days.
