Sheep milk is sweeter than cow milk and contains more protein, resulting in a thicker, creamier kefir. Sheep’s milk has also been better tolerated by people who may have sensitivities to cow’s milk. 6% M.F.
The happy sheep that reside at Best Baa Dairy Farm graze freely throughout the summer and are fed a diet of hay throughout the cold winter months, very small amounts of organic grains are included in their winter diet.
